Midland Expands Customer Service
With Addition of Gordon, Santangelo
Skokie,
ILMidland Manufacturing, the global leader in railroad
tank car safety valves and equipment and a division of
OPW Fluid Transfer Group, announces the appointment of
Erica Gordon and Michael Santangelo as Customer Service
Representatives. In their new roles, Santangelo and Gordon
will be responsible for handling order entry, expediting
and quotations for Midland customers.
���With this expansion of Midland���s
Customer Service Department, our customers should see
immediate results with one-on-one attention,��� said
Kevin Cook, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
for Midland Manufacturing. ���At Midland, our customers
are very important to us and it���s imperative that each
and every order be filled properly and quickly. The addition
of Erica and Michael will ensure that our customers are
taken care of through the entire process.���
Gordon moves into a full-time
customer service position with Midland after working
part-time for the company for the past three months.
Prior to coming to Midland, she was a control clerk/supervisor
for the Hyatt Regency O���Hare Hotel in Rosemont, IL.
Prior to that, she had worked for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts
in Omaha, NE. Santangelo comes to Midland after spending
the previous four-plus years as a customer service
representative with AM/PM Premium Car Carrier Company.
Before that, he was a dispatcher/customer service representative
for O���Hare/Midway Limousine Co.
